Start on your hands and knees. Sit back onto your heels, stretch your arms forward, and gently rest your forehead on the floor. 

Hold for 20-30 seconds.

Modified Warrior Two Pose 

Stand with feet wide apart. Turn one foot outward and bend the knee over the ankle while keeping the other leg straight. 

Extend your arms to the sides and hold for 20-30 seconds. Repeat on the other side.

Table Stretch

Start on your hands and knees with your spine in a neutral position. Lift one leg straight back and up while keeping your hips level.
